Septage – ”Septic Worship” LP (2024)
We went out with a band with this one! It started with a digital conference call, and ended with quite a nice package. The band had a much more specific idea for the front cover this time, which turned out great. I think it was good for me to have some pointers, at least it made it easier to ”re-invent” the gore, so to speak. I didn’t want to just do something I had already done. Taking every release into account, I would have to say that the insert poster for this record is the best thing I ever did for Septage. It puts a stinking crown on roughly four years of gore grind collage making for the band. ”Mother earth’s septic vagina” is the un-official name for it. The lettering for the lyrics was made by Rich (from Stop & Think and Big Mess) and the front cover title by De Plasma Industries. The flashy promo images below were produced by someone else.
